This is my NEW and IMPROVED blog. For those of you who know me, I have not posted on a blog in more than a year and for good reason. Now, however, I find that I want to post again so I have "changed formats" so to speak. I will still rant a little about work and politics but, hopefully, there will be more to it than that. I guess we'll see.
"Think Bubbles" are what I use to help my students remember what they are supposed to be thinking about when trying to solve different kinds of problems. Kind of like a subprogram that should be running in the back of their brains to make sure they don't make a mistake. I usually draw it on the board like a speech bubble from a cartoon.
